Shipping can increase quickly. A large set of party plates weighs enough that it needs to be shipped at a minimum of $7.38. When you add additional plates, cups, napkins, etc. the weight of the package can jump quite fast. Paper does not mean lightweight. If you're concerned about shipping please contact me (you can find the contact form below). The closer you live to Texas the less expensive shipping will be.

We typically are able to ship items within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. If you are in the U.S. it should only take a few days. However, the shipping services don’t make guarantees. Shipping times can be significantly slower during holidays. We ship with tracking so we can both keep an eye on your delivery. If you have any concerns about your order feel free to reach out. We ship Monday through Friday via USPS. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, not including weekends and/or holidays.

You will receive an email notice when your order has shipped.

Within the US, delivery generally takes 2-6 days. Occasionally, delivery takes a bit longer than expected.

Tracking is added to all packages and they generally can be traced when they go astray. Still, once packages are given to the postal service, we are no longer in control.

When US orders go astray, it is often due to a problem with the shipping address. To limit errors please make sure the address that's selected at checkout is where you'd like your package sent.

• If you have moved, please double check that you have updated the address.

• If you want the package sent to a business address or address with multiple units, please make sure to include the business name and suite number.

• You may wish to inform family members that you are expecting a package so they don’t discard it without your knowledge.

Packages returned to us due to an incomplete address will only be sent again after you pay additional shipping charges or the order will be refunded (minus the original shipping charges).

We don't accept returns or exchanges.

We no longer accept returns on any item due to problems with taking them in the past. Sorry about that! But please feel free to contact us should you have any problems with your order.
